Worst online store ever

This has to be the worst online store out there. Placed and paid for an order. There was no feedback for 2 weeks after only to get an email saying they could not fulfill 2 of the items I ordered and this caused the delay. After a month since ordering, I received a delivery in which one of the other items I paid for was not included in my package (a different item to the ones they said they could not fulfill). To date I have not received any feedback after emailing them daily. They have literally ****** me of the item I paid for and have not received. Stay away from this store and stick to the trusted online stores like Takealot, Onedealaday, etc.
