Worst online store

The worst service i have ever expirienced with online shopping???Ordered and paid for three items and after three weeks of no delivery i sent them an email and was only told then that some items are not available. Requested cancelation and refund and to this day another two weeks down the line no refund processed and no reply to emails and or calls... ??????
