WORST ONLINE SHOPPING SUPPLIER - STAY AWAY!!!

On the 3rd Nov 2022, i made a purchase from Snatcher and chatted with the online to see if they could expedite my order. The online support that they will get back to us in 24 hours. we had no response until we followed it up ourselves. On the 21st Nov, after following up numerous times in between, I was advised that the items i had ordered is out of stock. I requested a full refund and furbished Snatcher support with all my banking details .. To date have not been refunded and IT HAS BEEN SENT TO THEIR PAYMENTS DEPARTMENT AND HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM SINCE. This is way over the stipulated waiting period for a refund. HOPELESS company - who does not even have a direct contact number and don't care about customer service. DO NOT SUPPORT THEM!!!
