WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER

Appalling customer service. I ordered four frames that took weeks to arrive (without any communication from them). When I finally received the parcel, two of the frames were completely smashed. I submitted an online form immediately with images. They got back to me within a few days, promising to be in touch within 24 hours. It has been a month and I am still sitting with two broken frames, radio silence, and no refund.

They do not respond to emails, their phone number does not work, and their website and Facebook page seems to be down. I think this company has gone AWOL. Absolutely DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
