WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER

This has been my worst online shopping experience ever. I DO NOT recommend anyone buying from Snatcher.co,za. My first time shopping with them and never again.

My story: I made an order on Saturday, June 5th, while trying to take advantage of some specials they had. I paid with instant EFT via Payfast and received notification from notification that my payment was made. Money was removed from my account. A day goes by I still did not receive confirmation from Snatcher of my order. My account on their website did not display my order either. So I emailed them asking for my order confirmation.

I get a response from one of their agents stating that I did not complete my order and that I need to still pay. WHAT? I respond with proof of payment from Payfast. They then claim I should check with Payfast that the amount was received by them and to again provide proof of payment. Payfast confirmed my payment and I give Snatcher proof via my banking app that money was removed.

Suddenly, Snatcher's story changes!! Suddenly, they have located my order and payment and loaded my order to my account, but of course, the specials I tried to capitalize on have expired. And I am told I have to pay the difference now. NO! I respond with proof of the prices of the specials (I took screenshots of my purchase that Saturday) and stated that I wanted a refund if my goods would not be delivered at the paid for price.

Suddenly, their story changed AGAIN! Suddenly, the money was paid into the wrong account! HOW?! I clicked on THEIR payment link on THEIR website. I did not add/change any banking details. And that I as the customer must now contact Payfast for a reversal of my transaction. BULL****! How was Snatcher able to eventually confirm my payment and order telling me to pay the difference but suddenly claim I paid into the wrong account!?

It's been a week now and I'm STILL waiting for my refund.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND SNATCHER TO ANYONE!
