Worst Online shop

Snatcher is the worst company to deal with I don't understand why they even bother to have an online service if they can't get it right. Bought products from them parcel came items missing. Still waiting on the refund. Secondly wanted to return some of the items does not seem like that is going to happen at all. Worst online shopping experience ever wish I knew it would take 3 weeks to deliver with missing items and no communication from at all. They claim their returns process is easy but it's a battle all on its own. Worst company do not buy from them rather look out for other companies that offer better service.
