Worst online service EVER

This company thrives on taking your money. The goods sold are of poor quality. I purchased two sets of head phones of which both were returned. One was replaced and the other I asked for a refund. It has now been 2 weeks that I have been waiting for my money back and still nothing. They do not have a phone service and direct you to use email. I have sent several emails and I have not had a single reply. I advise anyone wanting to use this company to be very careful
