Worst online sales company. Stay away!!!

Worst sales online ever!!! I ordered a cover for my phone, showed in stock, I waited nearly a month for my cover, because they said it's an item that needs to be imported, I couldn't cancel the order. When I finally received my cover, it wasn't even the right model cover, I specifically ordered the Oppo Reno 8 Pro Cover, the buttons doesn't even line up. I requested a refund, still no feedback!
