Worst Online Purchase (Snatcher)

I have ordered 3(three) gifts for Christmas from snatcher on the 25 November 2022. Two Karaoke mics and a Intex Dino pool for my grandchild’s first Christmas. The expected delivery date was 2 December 2022. On the 13th of December 2022. I only received the 2(Two) mics. I sent a mail on the web page and have till today not received any correspondence from snatcher. I forgot my password and requested a reset but the mail that is supposed to be sent did not come. On the 21st of December 2022. I tried resetting my password again sent another mail to the web page. No reply from snatcher at all. I stood red faced on Christmas not having a gift for my grandchild.

On the order page snatcher promise to let you know if there is a problem with the order, no mails received except how many points, I received for making a purchase.

I need to complain and express my disappointment with Snatcher on the service provided. You cannot call to complain I will never order from them again and will definitely advertise their poor service.
