WORST ONLINE ORDER SITE EVER!!!!!

I placed my order on the 29th of November 2020, received the incorrect order on the 7th December 2020. Since then I've been struggling with them to receive the correct order WHICH WAS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT. I ended up buying another present, requesting a refund to no avail!!!!! I have been phoning endlessly, they picked up the phone in the beginning of the month, but for the past week and a half the phone just keeps on ringing!!!! I've been promised that my account details have been forward to the accounts department. It's a month later and I still haven't received my money!!!!!!!!!! I am sick and tired of these people and their incompetence!! I just want my money back so I can get them out of my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
