Worst online experience ever

Ordered a glass 2litre decanter online on the 29th of Aug, on the 3rd of Sep I emailed them enquiring about what awaiting fulfillment meant then to my surprise an email came in not answering my query but telling me that the decanter I ordered is now out of stock and a Grey one was available. After clearly indicating that I don't want the Grey and would like a refund, the same Grey I didn't want was shipped to me. Saw toys and games that I loved and hoped to buy as Christmas gifts for my child and her cousins but with the service I received, truly speaking I'm very disappointed
