Worst Online Experience

If it was possible to give a Negative -10 Rating I would, this is the worst experience I have ever had purchasing online. I have placed the order the 26 April, a week later I contact them asking for update and till today I still not receiving any replies or feedback about my order. For those that still wants to be happy and retain their money, stay way from this Online. I have been sending emails requesting an update about but all has been ignored, this is so unprofessional. It was my daughters birthday on the 1st May and she hasn't received her gifts till date. They don't even have the decency to even contact their customer to explain the details or whatever the reason they delaying with our order, Pathetic.
