What a nightmare, I placed an order for a camcorder that is advertised on their site today still. Waited almost 3 weeks for delivery on to find out the camera is the size of a matchbox, yes a matchbox. I immediately started the returns process, Today after Three days of emails with the consultant Tashriek I am yet to get any feedback, sent the photos requested, and explained the reason for the return. I am now hoping this gets the attention and we can resolve this matter.
