Worst online experience

What a horrible experience to buy from this company. No client service nor after sales service. The poorest quality products are sold here. They do not put the full description of the products either, for, eg, they sell a led researchable lamp but they do not disclose that it takes 20 hrs to charge. If the item must be returned, then it's the customer's responsibility to arrange for a courier to collect. I will never buy here again and I spreading the word.
