Worst online buying experience ever.

I bought 3 chairs online with Snatcher online on 11 July 2024 and I am still waiting. When I make enquiries I get told my order is in processing without committing to a delivery date.

They are refusing to cancel my order because apparently, they have 2 of the chairs I have ordered but still can't tell me when the order will be delivered.

I am now tired of waiting and just want my money back or for the 2 chairs that they claim they have to be delivered ASAP while waiting for the third chair.
