Worst on line company ever
The worst on line shopping ever. Ordered on 7th August. One item received 28th. Disgusted. Not as advertised. 2nd item out of stock. Now they are delaying refunding me for out of stock items. Cant contact them via phone only e mails which takes 48 hours to respond to. I have provided screen shot of my credit card together with all relevant details. Still want me to prove I am the card holder. Never experienced such terrible disgusting service.

29 Aug 2023, 14:03I have still not had a response from Snatcher I cannot believe how a company can still be in business with this disgusting customer service. It is now theft as Snatcher could not complete the order and now I cannot get my money back. Totally unacceptable and I just hope people take note and not order from this terrible company.
