Worst Experience In My Whole Existence!!!

I placed an order with snatcher on 30 May 2020. On 12 June 2020 they confirmed that the order I placed was out of stock. It is now the 22nd of June 2020 and I still have not received a refund of R607.00 - This is completely disgusting. Almost a month later and I still have not received a date for refund nor an actual refund. This is absolutely disgusting and I will never order from them again. If someone says Snatcher I will indeed tell them to never purchase anything from them in their lives!!!
