Worst experience ever !!!

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE RECEIVED FROM SNATCHER! I was not informed about the delay of my order, was only informed once i enquired about my order delivery date. Did not received what i paid for, and to date, have not received my refund. Truly bad business practice. Order was placed on the 20 Oct2023 . Was informed on the 31 Oct 2023, by your Customer Support Agent - Pamela Mkhize that the delay is due to "Please advised that we are currently awaiting fulfilment from the suppliers of the following on your order, before dispatching your complete order" On the 07 Nov 2023, was further informed the items that SNATCHER was awaiting, before delivering, is now out of stock ( like really ) On the 07 Nov2023, I rep**** requesting a refund for the out of stock items. On the 09 Nov 2023, what SNATCHER did have in stock was delivered. Upon delivery items where missing. On the 10 Nov 2023, i emailed SNATCHER to inform them that there was missing items from my order. On the 13 Nov 2023, was informed that the refund will be processed within 7 days, and that they will look into the matter about the missing items that was not delivered. To date, no one has rep**** on the refund or the missing items. Will not be supporting this business again.
