Worst ecommerce and customer experience from an online store

This business is an absolute joke. It advertise that they have a customer care call centre however it is a 20 square meter premises with 5 young people trying to be custer agents. I ordered 2 Halloween outfits. One small and ther other medium. The small outfit fits a baby the size of a 5 year old and the medium can fit a 7 year old which is way too small for a 10 year old child. I have dropped and returned the medium to their offices on Friday and advised i require it by next week Friday. A week later and no feedback. I left a mail at 13:00 today and still almost 17:00 no response. They advised that the Procurement Manager will contact me however their seem to be no level of professionalism at all. This is not my first disappointment with this supplier.

Please do not use this supplier. Rather pay the extra bit to get quality and be able to do returns with a reputable market leader in the ecommerce space.
