Worst cutoner service I am ever come across
I ordered the article 22.12.23 and received it on the 11th of January 2024. Wanting to return it i firstly have to pay for it which still ok, BUT deducting 15% is NOT OK ! The long waiting made be buy a different lamp and I have no use for the one I ordered now. Once Snatcher, NEVER again !!!
