Worst customsd service

I've placed 3 orders last week of Nov 21, on the 6th of Dec 21 I received a email informing me the items ordered are out od stock and they will refund me or credit my account. I took a refund which can take up to 7 days. 10 Dec 21 I received 1neefund and a email informing me the other 2 refunds are being combined and refunded as one amount. From the 10th of Dec 21 have sent numerous emails regarding the refund I am waiting for and received 1 email say that my refund will be flagged as urgent and nothning ever since then. The 7 days for refund is over and still no refund
