Worst customer service

Have been receiving the worst of service ever. I sent a default item back before lockdown. In March, I have been asking for a refund since it took so long for them to get stock of the item. I have been waiting for a month if not more for my refund, everytime I send a email I wait days for a reply, when I get a reply all they tell me refund will be processed tomorrow. It is always just tomorrow but still waiting. Thank you Thando Hlatshwayo ~ Customer Support for the worst service ever!!!!! will not recommend buying from snatcher unless you want to waste money!!
