Worst customer care ever!!!!

They have the worst customer care ever!!!!! Orders take minimum 2 weeks to be delivered and emails take minimum 2 day for any reply on any email you send. My order was incorrect and I am still struggling to get feed back via email when the will arrange for the incorrect item to be collected and the correct one delivered because nobody answers the phones. I will never purchase anything from them ever again!
