Worst company to buy from

I ordered a Christmas tree online before Christmas. After a few days the website showed it wasn't even picked or packed. Realizing it wouldn't arrive before Christmas I immediately canceled my order. Even though it wasn't picked or packed the company advised I'm still liable for handling fees. I agreed. They then advised we'll be refunded. We're now in February and I'm still awaiting my refund. We've touched base with them on a few occasions and excuses like they are short staffed, they have many refunds to do, they are very busy is just not working for me anymore. Please help to demand my money back. No contact numbers, no reference numbers, nothing is kosher on this company.
