Worst Business Ever!!! 😡😡😡

I ordered on the 18th April didn't get my order until the 5th of May but it was faulty which I notified them immediately and sent picture and video proof of my claims. They picked up the package on the 8th of May its the 22nd of June and I'm still waiting for my refund of R3405 they keep telling me that my issue has been escalated but the only escalation I see is of my anxiety and anger of losing clients because of their incompetence I'm an unemployed mother who worked hard for that money my blood sweat and tears will not go unattended I WANT MY MONEY BACK IM TIRED OF YOUR AUTOMATED MESSAGES!!!
