As per Snatcher Policy, you are liable for returning the item at your own cost if the item is returned due to you simply not wanting the item.

When the refund is granted due to you not wanting the goods the refund will exclude the initial delivery fee and a 15% handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Goods will only be accepted, and the relevant remedy offered if the item is still in its original packaging and has not been modified in any way.
