Worse online store is snatcher

I trust you are well. I have ordered a smart bracelet watch on the 31st of August 2021. Today is the 17th of September 2021 I have not received my parcel. I have to send emails to find out what is going with my order and order number is 101177. Can you please tell me on further steps to take as I am tired of following up with my order.
