Worse online experience

Worse online experience. I purchased 2 items from this company and only one item was delivered without any information about this or when the second item will be delivered. The one item that was delivered has signs of previous use, rust and dirts all over it. There is no way to contact this company via telephone and when I emailed, response wasn't giving. I had to call them out on social media before I got a response. Until now, the used item has not been replaced and second item not received. Please stay away from this company.
