Will never shop at Snatcher again.

Worst service EVER! After placing an order, waiting 2 weeks, and doing follow-ups where I was told to wait as it is being processed. (I also expressed that this is a gift and was told to wait as they are processing it) I was thereafter informed that all the items are sold out! Also, an immediate refund cannot be done because it will take another week. So I must make my own plan to find another gift seen as this useless company doesn't know how to have an open line of communication between their channels.

Very very disappointed.
