Will never buy from Snatcher ever again!!!

My order was placed on the 25th July 2023 for presents for my son's birthday which was on the 1st August 2023. Paid for the order on the 25th July 2023 as well. On the 27th July 2023 I've sent an email to them to advise when my order will be dispatched. Only received a reply on the 31st July 2023 to advised me that there is a product that they are waiting for before my order will be dispatched. Not a notification on their site that the product is OUT OF STOCK. 3rd of August 2023 I've received a notification that my order will be dispatched. 2 days after my son's birthday. Only received my package on the 7th August 6 days after my son's birthday only to know that there is 1 product missing. I've emailed them to tell them that the one product is missing and they didn't notify me the day that they've said that the courier will pick up the box. On the 10th August 2023 I've asked for a refund on this product and they've said that refund turn around time is 7 days. We are now at 11 days and still no refund. WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER AGAIN!!!!!!
