When am I getting my refund Snatcher?

I have now been waiting nearly 3 months for my refund and I've just been getting the same generic response from Tashriek about them having a high volume of refunds.

This unacceptable and this company is seriously ****ming people. I want my money back!

Can someone at this company please get back to me and not with another generic response...
