What a waste of Time and Money!

Ordered a fuzz removing machine from them back in March, only to receive a blob that doesn't work, no manual or instructions, NOTHING! I put it the batteries recommended on the pack but still, nothing! After 2 months of back and forth email, they finally send me another one as a replacement. Guess what? IT DOESN'T ****EN WORK TOO! THEY DIDN'T EVEN INCLUDE A CORD WHICH IS STATED ON THE BOX. HOW unbelievable!
