What a waste of online shopping experience

Snatcher is a huge red flag. I purchased a baby bath/changing station on the 20th of July and up until today (the 20th of August) I have not received my order. It seems like they have a habit of advertising something they don't have on stock, they are obviously incapable of keeping track of their inventory. I have been in contact (via email) with one of their staff named Tashriek Rustin for the past 2 weeks now; this person is taking me for a fool and his/her unprofessionalism is on another level. Every day I am promised that my order will be shipped the following day and yet nothing, I have been waiting in my home like a fool anticipating delivery every day. I told the Tashriek I want to cancel my order and that is when the games began... Can this be investigated and staff be properly trained NOT to LIE to customers because it's time and energy consuming to us as customers.
