What a joke except I'm not laughing

I placed an order on 26 June. Waited and waited. 3 weeks later I enquired and was told they couldn't get the one item. I cancelled the order. They told me 7 days for a refund. It's been 8. I asked again, now it is 7-10 days. No communication from their side. Horrible system if they don't know their supplier is out of stock. Refund policy leaves so much to be desired. You can't phone them as they only use emails which they don't seem to reply to. Will never use them again.
