What a hoax.....be vigilant.

So previously, I showed how consumers were being taken advantage of by online sales platform. You get lured into a deal and the product is a cheaper alternative.

So I did get this sorted and contacted by the customer centre, and as expected my money was being returned. But in doing so they just vindicated themselves on how they operate. hows this response from the Customer Support Agent Manager - May I please arrange a refund for you as we are not sure if the other items will be the same as what you requested. We do not see the items before it leaves and I do not want to send again and then you receive the same thing again."- That being said is how the cheating begins. That is why we need protection. A mistake can be condoned, but this is outright ...abuse.
