We ordered a laundry dryer rack

We ordered a laundry dryer rack. They sent us a cheaper replacement as they were out of stock of the one we ordered. They did not have the courtesy to email us or call us and tell us that the item we ordered was out of stock. Just sent us what they felt like 😡 Tried calling them but they don’t take calls. Emailed them to uplift the wrong item and give us a credit so we could purchase something else that we want. NO RESPONSE. Absolutely disgusting customer service.
