Waste of time and money! STAY AWAY!!

If I could give it a 0 I would! Terrible service! I waited 3 weeks for my order to arrive. Only after numerous messages I found that contacting them through a social media platform was more effective. A day before my order arrived I received a mail indicating that one of the items are now out of stock and my snatcher account will be credited. (I feel it’s money lost because why would I order from you again???) Then my order arrived. I was not home to open it so it was left in the box until my arrival a week later. When I opened it it was DAMAGED and NOT what I ordered. Now I am waiting for a response from them. I am extremely disappointed in the company and the service. If you want people to support your company do things right! The service in this country is already up to scratch. So was hoping that a new company like this would bring some light in people’s lives. What a huge let down! Shame on you!
