WARNING Snatcher online store Horrible service !!!!

Horrible service. placed an order on the 21 of May. 2 weeks after that they delivered half of my stock after i had to phone to find out where my order is. once they dispatched the stock they only informed me of half of the stock that was no longer available!!!! they did not even give me the option to choose alternative products. after 5 emails begging for a store credit to choose an alternative and a voucher for shipping (as i did not approve of them send me stock without alternative products) they finally sent me a voucher for my credit and a voucher for shipping. After finally selecting the alternative products to check out i can only use 1 voucher at a time!!!! so either use my store credit and then pay for shipping on my won cost!!! or get free shipping but then have to pay for the products on my own cost!!!! i requested that they do one voucher since their system only allows to redeem "1 voucher at a time" NO REPLY!!! after 10 emails and almost a month no one cares!!! no one answers the phone nor reply to mails!!!
