Waiting on Refund

I have ordered last year from Snatcher round about 5th of Dec 2020 received the goods but one item was faulty. Snatcher how ever were on the ball and sent to collect the faulty item and asked if I wanted a refund or credit. I have asked for refund. I am still waiting on my refund. When I phone them, no one to take your calls. they do not answer your emails or answer when you call. Now they are sitting with faulty item which I paid for and my money. Snatcher - snatching your money Will not recommend them :(
