Waiting on my refund

Not very happy with this company. I placed a order on the 4th of January 2024 and cancelled it on the 8th. After numerous email they are full of stories about how many work days it will take to pay the money back into my account and everytime it comes to the day they have the same story. It is already the end of the month and I'm still waiting. Can someone please help me get my money back?
