Waiting months for a refund

I cancelled my order and the package was returned due to the horrible quality of the item received, I am waiting for my refund since the 20th of March and still nothing I have called and emailed Snatcher numerous times with the same response each item, refund will be processed without 24 hours it's been months and still nothing
