Waiting forever on a refund from Snatcher!!!

I placed an order 29/03/24 received a mail on 09/04/24 that two items is out of stock. I was asked if I want a credit voucher or a refund. I confirmed I want a refund and send my details as requested. I was advised that I will be refunded soon and till today 03/07/24 still nothing.... why do I have to wait so long for a refund if they were out of stock????
