WAITING FOR REFUND SINCE OCTOBER 2022

waiting since october 2022 for a refund for an item they did not deliver. sent many emails. supp**** info they required. dealing with an useless agent Sundro Sabana, who can only respond by saying, I understand the frustration you going through, you will get your refund, i am checking with the accounts department. it takes like one minute for them to take your money, but forever to refund same.......
