WAITING FOR REFUND!!!!!!

Bought online and finally received feedback that the item is out of stock - OUT OF STOCK 313028 I had the option of Store Credit Voucher or Refund, I opted for the refund and this was on 26/09/2023 - I was told that refunds take up to 7 working days....well today is 20 October 2023 and am still waiting for my refund. I am very disappointed in SNATCHER and I have bought many-a-times from them.
