WAITING 6 MONTHS FOR ITEM

I'd give them ZERO stars if I could. Item ordered 9 August 2021, it is now SIX MONTHS LATER and order still not received. I've phoned, emailed, and get the same reply - Item is not in stock, andthey will come back to me.
