Very worrying customer

I’m very much disappointed with this company.I bought my 4 items on the 19th of August, until today the 29th August I haven’t received my items and there’s no communication.I tried calling them, their contact number seems wrong…I wish they can reply to this message, I can provide them with my order number and I wish they can give us correct contact details.
