Very very very bad , poor unprofessional service

I am so angry with this store, i dont even know how to express it, that's how much i am so ****ed. I purchased some items in June 2024, one of items was delivered with some pieces missing to assemble it, was impossible. I then sent them an email explaining everything. They responded after days and said i should send it back for assessment.

I sent the item back. I didn't want a refund, i just wanted them to send the item tat has all the piece's inside the box because i needed it. The item was a Rotary Mop. Can you believe that i haven't received it until now😭😭 .no communication from them, nothing was so ever. Ive been sending them messages, no response. They responded after few weeks saying they will send it as soon as they done with assessment🙆🙆. What kind of a service is this? Its been 3 months now, no communication from them. I would definitely not recommend this store to no one, vtheir sevice is very very, i mean very bad.they're unreachable on tje phone, one can only communicate with them via the email and they take days to respond even🙆🙆🙆🙌. I am enough now. I wish i could attache their response here, theres no option for screenshot convo.
