Very very slow service

Very slow service.....slow to deliver, slow to respond to email, no response regarding returns. Magnetic mosquito window net not really "magnetic". Sent me a wrong sauna belt(nothing like what's on their website) with a very low quality. Requested a return more that a week ago and sent a follow up and there is jo response.
