VERY VERY POOR SERVICE
Ordered "available" products on the 10th of November. After sending numerous emails, they informed me on the 28th of November that my products weren't available anymore. Now I have to wait for them to finally pay out my refund! VERY VERY POOR SERVICE!!!!!!

I've emailed almost everyday and always get the same generic response.
Snatcher is a NO GO! Not sure I will every see my money ever again!!!!!
