very very poor not recommended

paid for three items, only had two of the items in the parcel, the most expensive item was not in the box, Snatcher does not respond to any emails, this is by far the most disgusting service and i have lost a lot of money, so thats the plan they have, order and pay and you wont get all your items and they dont care, no after sales service. will never purchase from them again and will never recommend them. just lost all the way!!!!!!!!
